Kelly Atkinson

For the last 23 years, Kelly has been fueled by a desire to help people of faith to do good, well. As an adjunct social work faculty member at Baylor, she spent a decade catalyzing sharp-minded students with big hearts to serve in the social sector. As a nonprofit Executive Director, she was energized by engaging donors and cross-sector collaborators to end youth homelessness in our community. At Leap, she hopes to inspire leaders to name their priorities, define high-return actions, and create an inspired future. Kelly enjoys living in Woodway with her three children, mini-Bernedoodle, and partner in crime, John.
