Heather Johansen

Long inspired by the intricacies of running a business, Heather began her career with an education in accounting. As an auditor for public accounting firms in Dallas and Waco, Heather worked with organizations in a variety of industries from manufacturing and insurance to non-profits large and small, honing valuable skills and business acumen. While highly detail and systems oriented, she also thrives on interpersonal relationships and loves working with people at all levels of an organization. Heather is excited to put her skills and experience to practice and leverage new successes for Leap’s clients.
