Over the last 10 years, Zelyna’s professional experience has focused in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology with a Specialization in Consulting Psychology. Zelyna has a specific passion for understanding human behavior in organizations. She is excited to work with clients to optimize quality of work life while improving both individual and organizational performance.
